SMLTWN is a multi-vendor marketplace platform. Vendors are independent sellers who create their own stores, list their own products, and fulfill their own orders. SMLTWN provides the platform and payment processing infrastructure.

Purchases are transactions between you and the vendor. SMLTWN facilitates the transaction but is not the seller. Product quality, accuracy, and fulfillment are the responsibility of each vendor.

Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, place an order, or subscribe to our newsletter. We use this information to process transactions, communicate with you, and improve our services.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our platform, such as payment processors and email services.

Vendors on SMLTWN are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, and fulfillment of orders.

SMLTWN charges a commission on each sale. The commission rate is set at the time of vendor registration. Payouts are made directly to the vendor's registered bank account.

SMLTWN reserves the right to suspend or remove vendor accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

SMLTWN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of vendor product listings or the quality of vendor-supplied goods.

Disputes between buyers and vendors should be resolved directly between the parties. SMLTWN may assist in mediation but is not obligated to do so.
